About this role
Roles & Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Sourcing: Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and pipeline tracking. You will actively recruit for diverse functions, including operations, tech, logistics, and sales teams. Onboarding & Induction: Own the new-hire journey. Ensure timely generation of offer letters, coordinate background checks, collect documentation, and host orientation sessions to integrate new employees smoothly into the Vilcart culture. HR Operations & Database Management: Maintain up-to-date, accurate digital and physical employee records. Manage the internal HRIS database, track probation periods, and process employee status changes. Attendance & Leaves Tracking: Monitor employee daily attendance and leave records, coordinating directly with different team leads to ensure accurate data for monthly payroll processing. Employee Engagement: Assist in planning and executing team-building activities, cultural events, and open-door forums to boost morale and foster a highly collaborative workspace. Grievance Support: Act as an accessible point of contact for employee queries regarding company policies, leave guidelines, and basic benefits administrative support
