About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to independently manage end-to-end HR operations. The role requires ownership of recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, HR documentation, and employee lifecycle management while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate and non-corporate roles. Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media platforms. Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers. Roll out offer letters, appointment letters, internship letters, and employment contracts. Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports. Conduct employee onboarding and induction. Collect, verify, and maintain employee documentation. Coordinate background verification and joining formalities. Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits. Prepare experience letters, relieving letters, and full & final documentation. Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the payroll team/vendor. Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll data. Prepare salary revisions and CTC structures. Assist employees with payroll-related queries. Support Form 16 distribution and payroll documentation. Coordinate PF and ESIC registrations. Maintain employee KYC records. Ensure timely compliance with PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements. Liaise with external consultants for compliance-related activities. Maintain employee master data and personal files. Update and manage HRMS/payroll systems. Maintain attendance records, leave records, and holiday calendars. Prepare HR reports and MIS. Coordinate employee ID card issuance. Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and celebrations. Organize team events, town halls, and quarterly meetings.
