HR Executive at Vam Capital

Key Responsibilities Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Support the onboarding and induction of new employees. Maintain and update employee records in HRMS/databases. Assist with attendance and leave management, as well as payroll coordination. Help implement and communicate HR policies. Coordinate employee engagement activities and events. Handle day-to-day HR administration and documentation. Required Skills 1-3 years of relevant HR experience. Good understanding of the recruitment process. Familiarity with HRMS/HR software. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
