Position Overview: The HR Executive will act as the primary liaison between Tejovathi Consulting and its client, ensuring seamless HR operations and alignment with both parties' objectives. This role involves managing HR processes, resolving employee queries, maintaining compliance, and fostering a collaborative relationship between the client and Tejovathi. Responsibilities: Serve as the point of contact for HR-related matters between Tejovathi Consulting and the client. Facilitate onboarding/offboarding processes for employees deployed at the client site. Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination. Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution. Ensure compliance with labor laws, client policies, and Tejovathi's standards. Organize engagement initiatives and training programs for client-site employees. Prepare and share regular HR reports (attrition, performance, etc.) with stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field. 2+ years of HR coordination/administration experience. Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office. Knowledge of labor regulations and compliance standards.
