Ltd. is offering an opportunity for motivated individuals to gain practical exposure to human resources operations in a professional work environment. This remote internship is designed for freshers who want to build foundational HR knowledge while contributing to day-to-day people and coordination activities. Responsibilities Support the HR team with candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and follow-up communication. Assist in maintaining recruitment trackers, employee records, and routine HR documentation. Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders through email, phone, and online communication channels. Help prepare reports, organize information, and complete assigned administrative HR tasks accurately. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and timely communication while working remotely. Requirements Freshers and candidates beginning their HR career are welcome to apply. Interest in human resources, recruitment, coordination, and people-focused operations. Clear communication, basic organizational ability, and comfort using common digital tools. Ability to commit at least 4 hours per day during the 2-month internship. Reliable internet access and the ability to work independently in a remote setup. This is a paid, full-time internship with a monthly stipend of ₹3,000 to ₹4,000. The selected intern will receive hands-on exposure to HR coordination and workplace processes while working with the team at Garvihaan Health Pvt. Ltd.
