Your impact will be felt across four key pillars: You'll be cold-calling, networking, and "selling" our vision to top-tier candidates. You will bridge the gap between our business goals and employee engagement. You'll own the onboarding journey. From day one to day ninety, you ensure every new hire is equipped, inspired, and ready to win. You are the "Chief Fun Officer." You'll organize the events, the extracurriculars, and the high-energy initiatives that keep our internal fire burning. Requirements: Educational background in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field. You know the theory; now you want the practice. Your resume isn't just grades. You lead clubs, play sports, volunteer, or have a side hustle. You don't sit still. If you hit a wall, you don't wait for instructions. You YouTube it, Google it, or ask until you find the way. You understand that HR is 50% Sales. You aren't afraid to pick up the phone and talk to anyone. Previous internship experience is a plus, but a history of hard work is what we really value.
