HR & Administrative Executive at Panacea Healthcare Management

Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day HR and administrative activities. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation. Assist in recruitment, interview scheduling, and employee onboarding. Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR-related matters. Maintain office files, records, and documentation. Assist with payroll-related data and employee information. Handle basic entries and record maintenance using Tally. Manage office supplies, vendors, and administrative requirements. Prepare basic reports and maintain records in MS Excel. Support smooth day-to-day office operations. Required Skills: Basic knowledge of HR and administration. Working knowledge of Tally. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel. Strong coordination and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Good attention to detail. Preferred Candidate: 6 months-1 year of relevant HR/Admin experience. Candidates with experience in both HR and administration will be preferred
