About HEARTH HEARTH is a travel discovery platform that helps travelers discover trusted local stays, food, experiences, and services while helping local tourism providers build and maintain a strong digital presence. We are looking for motivated individuals to join the HEARTH Coordinator Program and work directly with local tourism and hospitality providers across India. What You'll Do As a Coordinator, you will: • Connect with local stays, restaurants, cafés, experience providers, and travel-service businesses. • Introduce providers to HEARTH and explain how the platform works. • Assist interested providers with registration, verification, and onboarding. • Help providers create and publish high-quality listings on HEARTH. • Follow up with providers during the onboarding process and help resolve basic queries. • Continue supporting providers you successfully onboard. • Coordinate with the team whenever additional assistance is required. How the Program Works • Work from home. • Flexible working hours. • Performance-linked earnings. Work with real tourism businesses and gain hands-on experience in provider communication, onboarding, operations, and business development. Strong performers may be considered for future full-time opportunities based on performance and business requirements. Who Can Apply We are looking for candidates who: • Are comfortable speaking with business owners and service providers over phone and WhatsApp. • Have good communication and interpersonal skills. • Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently. • Have access to a smartphone/laptop and a reliable internet connection. • Have an interest in travel, hospitality, operations, sales, or business development. • Can communicate comfortably in Hindi and conversational English. No specific degree or prior work experience is mandatory. We value communication skills, consistency, initiative, and the ability to work with people.
