About the Company Corpiz Services Pvt Ltd is hiring a Growth Executive - Business Development (Field Sales) to expand its B2B business across Bangalore. The role focuses on helping corporate offices, industries, and commercial establishments address their Food & Beverage requirements while building long-term business relationships. Responsibilities Visit corporate offices, industries, and commercial establishments to identify new business opportunities. Understand client Food & Beverage requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Generate, qualify, and develop new B2B leads through field visits and business development activities. Meet prospective clients, present offerings, manage follow-ups, and convert opportunities into business. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Work toward assigned sales and business development targets and maintain accurate activity updates. Requirements Applicants should have completed 10+2/PUC or graduation. A two-wheeler and the ability to travel for field visits are mandatory. Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a field-sales environment. Prior experience in business development, B2B sales, or Food & Beverage sales is helpful, though candidates with the required drive and communication skills may also apply. This is a full-time, in-office field role based in Bangalore, with Monday to Friday working and weekends off. Compensation: ₹25,000 per month, along with performance-based incentives and travel allowance.
