Chordz is hiring for Growth & Community Associate! About the Company: Chordz is seeking a Growth & Community Associate to lead early user acquisition and drive community-led growth initiatives. We are looking for a highly resourceful and execution-oriented individual to help build and grow our validation cohorts. Responsibilities: Lead early user acquisition and onboarding for the validation phase. Build and grow validation cohorts across target audiences. Drive community-led and organic growth initiatives. Run outreach across colleges and local communities. Identify and manage micro-creator and influencer partnerships. Design and run referral and growth experiments. Activate and grow Chordz Circles. Identify unconventional, non-obvious acquisition channels. Support local brand and venue partnerships. Track acquisition, activation, and retention learnings to inform strategy. Requirements: Approximately 0-3 years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of Gen-Z and young consumer behavior. Highly resourceful and execution-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity. Experience in consumer startups, community building, or brand growth preferred. Candidates who have independently built a community, audience, page, event, or project are especially encouraged to apply.
