Responsibilities Plan and execute targeted outreach initiatives to acquire relevant users and expand audience reach. Support user activation and engagement programmes across the user lifecycle. Build, launch, and optimise campaigns using MoEngage and similar engagement, automation, or analytics tools. Track campaign performance, user journeys, conversion rates, retention, and engagement metrics. Work with product, content, marketing, and business teams to identify growth opportunities and improve user experiences. Run structured experiments across messaging, channels, audiences, and campaign journeys, documenting insights and outcomes. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in growth, user acquisition, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, CRM, or a related function. Hands-on understanding of targeted outreach, activation, engagement, and funnel optimisation. Experience using MoEngage or comparable customer engagement and marketing automation platforms.
