About this role
Growth Associate observes how users experience their pain points concerning the area in which the business operates and how they interact with the product to alleviate their problems, guide the users in a manner they can use the product in a much more optimal fashion, and provide this data and inputs to the product team to incorporate. By tracking usage patterns, identifying trends, and making inferences about users' preferences, needs, and behaviors, they help the users most out of the products and they make informed recommendations for product managers and other guardians of the product. They should get in touch with the users on the Nbyula platform through online or in-person mode if need be, and with respect to the Nbyula market place figure out ways wherein demand-side users can be matched with the supply-side service providers on the platform. This is a full-time terraformer position, meaning that you hit the ground running and quickly absorb the functional domain skills, business and market domain knowledge, and above all Nbyula's core organizational values!
