RYZICS is hiring for Growth And Marketing Lead! About the Company: RYZICS works with startups, agencies, and companies across website development, social media marketing, product development, prototyping, packaging design, and research and development. This internship offers practical exposure to the complete business workflow, giving the intern an opportunity to contribute from client onboarding through execution, coordination, and final handovers. Responsibilities: Work closely with management on lead generation, sales outreach, market research, and growth planning. Identify and research potential clients, startups, agencies, and business opportunities. Support cold emailing, cold calling, follow-ups, and broader business development activities. Contribute ideas for growth marketing, digital marketing, social media, and customer engagement. Assist with client onboarding and coordinate information throughout the delivery workflow. Track communication, prospects, campaign activity, and follow-up progress in an organized manner. Gain hands-on experience with project coordination from initial client discussions through execution and handovers. Bring new ideas, help execute growth initiatives, and share observations that can improve outreach and conversions. Requirements: Education: 12th pass or equivalent. Suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, business development, growth, or related work. Strong spoken and written English communication skills. Knowledge of Marathi and Hindi will be useful when communicating with prospects and clients. Interest in lead generation, growth marketing, sales, digital marketing, social media, and business development. Familiarity with cold emailing, cold calling, online research, or client communication is beneficial. Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, ownership of tasks, and the ability to work closely with management. Interview Details: The interview round is scheduled for 23 Sep
