About this role
Roles & Responsibilities: Create social media posts, banners, posters, presentations, and other visual content. Design creatives for company campaigns, events, announcements, and marketing activities. Work with the product and marketing teams to understand requirements and turn ideas into visuals. Maintain consistency in the company's branding, colours, fonts, and overall visual style. Create fresh and engaging design concepts based on current trends. Make changes and improvements based on feedback. Manage multiple design tasks and deliver them within deadlines. Help build and maintain a library of reusable design assets and templates. Requirements: Basic to good understanding of graphic design and visual communication. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar design tools. Good understanding of typography, colours, layouts, spacing, and composition. Creativity and the ability to come up with new design ideas. Attention to detail and willingness to improve designs based on feedback. Ability to understand a requirement and turn it into a clear visual. Good communication and time-management skills. A portfolio of previous design work is preferred. Students and freshers with strong design skills are welcome to apply.
