Responsibilities of Intern: Design visually appealing and engaging social media posts for various platforms, showcasing creativity and incorporating brand guidelines. Collaborate with the team to understand the content requirements and target audience, and translate them into compelling visual designs. Create graphics, illustrations, and typography that effectively communicate key messages and enhance brand awareness. Stay updated with the latest social media trends and design techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas to social media campaigns. Work independently and proactively gather necessary details to create designs even with minimal information. Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome design challenges and deliver high-quality work. Learn and adapt quickly to different design styles, platforms, and project requirements. Take ownership of assigned projects, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines consistently. Accept constructive feedback from the team and incorporate it into design iterations. Maintain organized files and assets, following best practices for efficient project management. Requirements: Current UG/PG student pursuing a degree in a relevant field. Availability to contribute a minimum of 3 hours per day (excluding Sundays). Fluent communication skills in English (proficiency in other languages is a plus). Adherence to company policies and established work culture. Proficiency in design and photo-editing software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva) and online tools. Demonstrated creativity and ability to think innovatively. Strong time management and organizational skills. Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Knowledge of the latest design trends and their application in a commercial environment.
