The team delivers brand, social media, advertising and content solutions in a fast-paced environment where ideas are turned into work that gets noticed. Responsibilities Design engaging social media posts, creatives, banners and digital advertisements. Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, video advertisements and UGC content. Develop branding and campaign creatives for multiple clients across different industries. Understand creative briefs and translate concepts into polished designs and compelling videos. Collaborate with the team, manage multiple projects and deliver work within agreed timelines. Keep up with emerging social media formats, visual trends and content styles. Requirements 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing or a related creative role. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Good video editing capability using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or comparable tools. Understanding of Instagram and social media content requirements. Good command of design fundamentals including typography, composition, visual hierarchy and storytelling. A creative mindset, strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple assignments. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Lucknow, offering a fixed salary of ₹20,000 per month. Candidates should be prepared to share a current CV and portfolio during the application process.
