About this role
UnCue is looking for Graphic Designers who can create visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, captivate consumers via social media handles. The one who can develop the overall layout and designs for advertisements. Alongside these, they are also required to have a strong grasp of storytelling through visuals. Responsibilities of the Intern: Design creatives for digital marketing like social media posts & ad campaigns, blog posts images, and infographics Collaborate with different teams, grasp written or spoken ideas, and convert them into a design that connects Incorporate an understanding of the latest trends and their connectivity with creatives and end users Develop original content by conducting in-depth research on beauty and personal care industry topics Recommend the latest content after understanding the gaps in the current content Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service Requirements: Must be familiar with at least any one among Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects and knowledge of Corel Draw will be a plus Video editing & animation skills will be a plus Candidate having innovative thinking with a keen interest in designing and marketing in particular A fair idea of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other leading social media platforms & how they are used in marketing is expected Perks & Benefits: Certificate of excellence, Letter of recommendation, LinkedIn recommendation to add value to your CV An opportunity to work with a start-up & an enthusiastic marketing team A highly enriching, learning experience in one of the trending business segments i.e., Beauty & Personal Care An energetic work environment with some amazing colleagues that can be excellent friends & mentors A creative environment that encourages new ideas and experiments
