About the Role As a Graduate Trainee - Business Development, you will speak with students and working professionals who are exploring online degree and certification programmes. Your job will not simply be to make calls. You will understand a learner's education, work experience, career goals and requirements, help them evaluate suitable programmes, answer their questions and guide them through the enrolment journey. This is a customer-facing, target-driven inside-sales role and is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, influencing decisions and achieving measurable results. No previous sales experience is required. We will train you. What matters most to us is your communication ability, confidence, attitude and willingness to learn. What You Will Do Speak with prospective students and working professionals over phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels. Understand their academic background, work experience, career goals and programme requirements. Counsel learners about suitable online degrees, executive programmes and professional certifications. Explain programme features, universities, eligibility, fees and other relevant information clearly. Follow up with interested learners and help them make informed enrolment decisions. Build relationships with prospective learners rather than relying only on transactional selling. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversations in the CRM.
