Automation Execution & Support: ·Support site automation systems such as AMHS, ASRS, AGVs, conveyors, and material tracking tools to ensure stable operations. ·Complete assigned automation tasks under defined scope with engineer, following site and global standards. ·Act as a key contributor during system installation, commissioning, ramp, and sustain phases. Project Participation: ·Support automation project execution including checklist execution, and on-site activities . ·Participate in FAT, SAT, UAT, and system buyoff activities , ensuring issues are identified, tracked, and resolved. ·Execute defined work packages within larger automation projects. Cross‑Functional Coordination: ·Work closely with Facilities, Manufacturing, IT/MES, Warehouse, and Equipment Engineering teams to support automation deployment. ·Interface with vendors and OEMs for issue resolution, testing, and clarification of requirements. · Collaborate with team members, including engineers and maintenance staff, to identify opportunities for system improvements and upgrades, including AI-enabled and agentic solutions for process optimization . Troubleshooting & Sustainment: ·Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of automation system issues impacting material movement. ·Performing corrective and preventive actions to improve system reliability and up time. ·Support preventive maintenance activities and system health monitoring. Should have well versed experience in servo, drives, controllers, conveyors, robot, sensors, mechanical systems, lifts, AGV, ARV etc...
