Responsibilities: Assist in the procurement of raw materials, hardware, engineering items, and production consumables. Follow up with vendors for quotations, delivery schedules, and material dispatch. Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records. Compare quotations and support cost analysis activities. Coordinate with Production, Stores, QC, and Dispatch departments for material requirements. Track pending materials and ensure timely availability. Support vendor development and vendor performance tracking. Maintain ERP/Excel procurement data and documentation. Ensure proper filing of invoices, GRN, and purchase documents. Requirements: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or MBA in Operations. Freshers from the 2026 batch are preferred. Basic knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes. Good communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP handling. Strong follow-up and coordination abilities. Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn. Good analytical and documentation skills. Ability to read engineering drawings. Ability to carry out inspection and measurement as per quality requirements. Ready to work in a manufacturing environment. Good team coordination and discipline. Immediate joiners preferred.
