You will develop AI-powered product features using large language models, covering prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation, AI workflows and API integrations. Freshers with strong fundamentals and hands-on project or internship experience are encouraged to apply. The position is onsite at our Surat office, offering close collaboration with the local team. Department: Engineering - Generative AI Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday Responsibilities • Build RAG pipelines using embeddings and vector databases. • Develop LLM-powered features for web and business applications. • Integrate commercial and open-source model APIs. • Evaluate model quality, latency, cost and reliability. • Maintain prompt libraries and evaluation datasets. • Prototype agentic workflows for internal automation. • Design prompts and evaluation workflows for reliable AI outputs. • Learn team tools, coding standards and delivery processes with mentor support.
