Responsibilities As a Funding Coordinator - International Voice, your key responsibilities will include: Handling voice communication with international clients and customers regarding banking, lending, and loan processing. Assisting customers through the funding lifecycle, ensuring clear coordination and timely updates. Applying underwriting knowledge to review loan documentation, verify eligibility, and coordinate approval workflows. Resolving customer inquiries and escalations while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory compliance and international banking guidelines. Collaborating closely with internal operations and international client stakeholders to facilitate seamless loan disbursements. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess: Mandatory graduation in any discipline. Prior hands-on experience handling international customers in a voice process. Strong background in Banking & Loans with mandatory knowledge of underwriting processes. Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. Willingness to work fixed night shifts (Fixed Saturday and Sunday off). Demonstrated ability to clear structured interview rounds: HR, Operations, and Client rounds.
