Job Description: As a Software Engineer on our Network Performance Monitoring, Automation & AI/ML team, you will design and develop products that are used by customers worldwide. You will collaborate with peers to overcome technical challenges, conduct code reviews, and contribute to building distributed systems that deliver reliability, scalability, and intelligence. What you will do: Design, develop, and optimize UI and software solutions for network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance management. Implement AI/ML-driven analytics to detect, correlate, and remediate network events automatically. Build models for anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and intelligent automation of network operations. What you need to bring: Education: BE or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent technical degree. Technical Skills: Experience in UI development. Proficiency in Python, Go, or other object-oriented programming languages. Good understanding of distributed systems, networking, databases, and operating systems. 1-2 yrs of experinece is required. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Docker, OpenStack, Kubernetes, and network monitoring tools.
