Roles and Responsibilities: • Strong programming fundamentals in Python, Java, .NET, or JavaScript/TypeScript • Build and enhance full-stack web and enterprise applications across frontend and backend • Develop backend services, REST APIs, integrations, and database-driven applications • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP • Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving ability • Good understanding of databases, SQL, REST APIs, and client-server architecture • Familiarity with Git/GitHub or similar version-control systems • Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies independently • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills • Curiosity about AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud technologies • Ability to use AI development tools while still reviewing and validating generated code • Good written and verbal communication skills • Fast learner with strong adaptability Preferred candidate profile An advantage if you've built things beyond the curriculum: personal or full-stack projects, AI/ML, AI agents, hackathon or open-source work, APIs, mobile or cloud-deployed apps, competitive programming, a strong GitHub portfolio, or technical internships. Qualification: Any Graduates Preferred - B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI & ML, AI & Data Science, Data Science, ECE, or related Computer Science specializations. Minimum 75% aggregate (or equivalent CGPA) throughout academics.
