Full Stack Developer, QA Tester & DevOps Engineer at Catalyst AI Labs

Responsibilities Design, develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack web applications across frontend and backend layers. Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to technical decisions, API integrations, database design, and application performance. Create and execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory test cases to identify defects early. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to reproduce, document, prioritize, and resolve bugs. Support DevOps activities including build automation, deployment workflows, environment configuration, monitoring, and release coordination. Participate in code reviews, documentation, agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement of engineering practices. Requirements 1-3 years of relevant experience in full-stack development, quality assurance, DevOps, or a closely related technology role. Working knowledge of frontend and backend development concepts, databases, APIs, version control, and software testing methodologies. Ability to work with testing tools and processes, troubleshoot issues, and communicate technical findings clearly. Familiarity with CI/CD, cloud or deployment environments, scripting, containerization, or infrastructure automation is valuable. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ownership, and willingness to work across development, QA, and operations responsibilities. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Bangalore, India, offering a monthly compensation range of ₹30,000 to ₹40,000.
