Job Title: Factory Supervisor (Fresher Eligible) Department: Production / Operations Employment Type: Full-Time Qualification: B.Com / B.Tech (Any specialization) — Freshers welcome Job Summary We are looking for a proactive Factory Supervisor to oversee daily floor operations, coordinate with workers, and maintain accurate records in our system. This is a great opportunity for freshers looking to build a career in factory/plant operations and management. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily factory floor activities and ensure smooth workflow Monitor worker attendance, task allocation, and productivity Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on the shop floor Update production, inventory, and attendance data in the system/software daily Coordinate between workers, store, and management for material and process flow Prepare daily/weekly reports on production output and downtime Identify and report any equipment issues, delays, or process bottlenecks Ensure discipline and basic compliance (safety gear, cleanliness, timing) on the floor Required Skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry, ERP/software use) Good communication skills to coordinate with workers and management Willingness to work on the shop floor and monitor operations in person Basic understanding of production/factory processes (training will be provided) Ability to multitask and handle reporting deadlines Preferred (not mandatory) Any prior internship/project experience in operations, manufacturing, or logistics Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets or any ERP software Eligibility B.Com or B.Tech (any branch) — 2024/2025/2026 passouts or experienced candidates Freshers with strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location: In person
