About the Company Neugence Technology is building WhipScribe, an AI-powered audio and video intelligence platform used by real customers. WhipScribe enables users to record or upload media, generate transcripts in more than 100 languages, identify speakers, add timestamps, create summaries, ask questions, search content, and automate workflows. The platform also offers APIs and an MCP server for developers. As part of this small, fast-moving team, you will work directly with the founding team and take ownership of meaningful product areas from the beginning. Responsibilities Take features from idea and product discovery through implementation, deployment, and feedback from real users. Build and improve web applications, desktop applications, backend systems, APIs, AI-powered workflows, and audio/video processing experiences. Develop integrations, automation, developer tools, API capabilities, and MCP workflows based on customer needs. Identify product and UI/UX opportunities, propose practical solutions, and ship polished, performant experiences. Use AI coding tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot, and coding agents effectively while validating, improving, and taking responsibility for the output. Work independently in ambiguous situations, collaborate closely with the founding team, and continuously improve the quality of what reaches customers. Requirements Strong UI/UX sense, product judgment, and attention to detail. Ability to understand user problems and turn ideas into working software. Experience building with web, desktop, mobile, backend, APIs, AI products, or related technologies. Strong self-drive, ownership, curiosity, and ability to learn quickly. A track record of shipped applications, useful projects, hackathons, GitHub work, or other evidence of building is highly valued.
