With our Industry Internships launching on 1 October 2026 , we're now building our founding campus network across India. We're looking for highly active students who can become the face of Javam Labs at their college . Responsibilities: Represent Javam Labs within your college community Help relevant students discover Javam Labs Industry Internships Share official creatives and launch updates across college groups, WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, clubs and student communities Build awareness through your friends, classmates and campus network Maintain a simple record of the students referred through your outreach Share student feedback and insights with the Javam Labs team Performance-linked incentives: There is no guaranteed fixed stipend . For every eligible, verified Industry Internship enrollment directly attributed to you: 1 Month Internship → ₹100 2 Month Internship → ₹150 3 Month Internship → ₹200 6 Month Internship → ₹350 The student must mention/select you as their referrer during Javam Labs registration, and the referral should match your maintained record. We're especially looking for students who are: well-connected on campus Active in college groups/clubs Good communicators, comfortable reaching out to students, interested in startups, growth, marketing or technology Class representatives, club members, coding-community members, placement volunteers, event organisers and previous campus ambassadors are especially encouraged to apply.
