The role You'll sit directly with the founder and work across two functions: HR / People Source and screen interns across roles (marketing, content, tech, ops) Run first-round calls, maintain the candidate tracker, coordinate interviews Draft JDs, offer letters, certificates, onboarding docs Keep the expert-advisor onboarding pipeline moving document collection, verification checklists, follow-ups Marketing Plan and write content for Instagram and LinkedIn (carousels, static posts, captions) Assist with SEO content briefs and keyword research Community engagement on Reddit and other forums value-first, not spam Help with outreach sequences to experts and partners Track basic performance numbers and report what's working Who we're looking for Available for a full-time, in-office/remote internship (3-6 months) Clear written English this is 60% of the job Comfortable with ambiguity; can own a task end-to-end without daily hand-holding Interest in startups, finance, or people ops is a plus, not a requirement Students and fresh graduates welcome What you get Unpaid internship, this is a learning-first role Direct mentorship from the founder; you'll see how a startup is actually built, not a siloed intern task list Internship certificate + letter of recommendation on strong performance Priority consideration for a paid role / PPO as we grow Real ownership - your work goes live, not into a folder
