About this role
Responsibilities: Work closely with the Founder and leadership team on strategic and operational initiatives. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and support business planning. Assist in coordinating cross-functional projects and ensuring timely execution. Support HR, marketing, branding, and growth initiatives. Leverage AI tools to improve research, productivity, content creation, and workflows. Assist with LinkedIn activities including research, outreach, networking, and personal branding initiatives. Support email campaigns, outreach initiatives, and automation workflows. Prepare reports, presentations, and structured insights for decision-making. Take ownership of special projects and contribute ideas towards improving business processes. Requirements: Graduate from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college. Strong communication, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of AI tools, especially Claude, and the ability to leverage AI for research, content, productivity, and business workflows. Strong understanding of LinkedIn, including profile optimization, content, outreach, networking, and platform strategies. Basic understanding of email campaigns, outreach, and workflow automation. Proactive mindset and available for immediate joining. Curious, proactive, tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn. Comfortable wearing multiple hats and taking responsibility beyond a fixed job description. Tally Skill will be a bonus.
