About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software such as Zoho Books, Zoho ERP, or Tally, along with a strong understanding of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping. Responsibilities: Record day-to-day accounting transactions accurately. Pass journal entries for sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and expenses. Generate and maintain sales invoices, purchase invoices, debit notes, and credit notes. Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations. Prepare and file GST returns while ensuring GST compliance. Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings. Process employee reimbursements and payment vouchers. Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management. Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation. Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and tax consultants during audits. Ensure compliance with statutory and internal financial policies. Requirements: Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping. Hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Zoho ERP, Tally ERP, or similar accounting software. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Experience in journal entries, ledger management, and reconciliations. Good understanding of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and basic formulas. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), MBA (Finance), or an equivalent qualification. 1-3 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounts. Experience in a fintech, IT, or startup environment is preferred.
