Responsibilities of the Candidate: Supervising total digital & manual accounting, reconciliations, statutory returns, compliance & MIS/DSS Handling security instruments, writing fundraising reports, donor liaison &resource mobilization Performing general HR, Admin & house-keeping functions Qualifications and Skills: Proficiency in Excel, excellent GK, and English skills Prior experience in accounting, project financing, fund-raising is required The candidate should have supervised a small team and must be highly organized, systematic, punctual, and reliable Education: M.Com (Finance or Accounts Specialization)/CA Inter/ICWA or another relevant Diploma/Degree such as CAIIB Benefits: In return for additional daily productivity of 2.5 hours, free boarding and lodging are available Salary on a monthly incremented growth plan plus performance-based incentives A suitable job for the spouse may be sympathetically considered Rapid career growth to a managerial position is entirely possible A minimum lock-in period: say 6 months 12 months or 2 years. This affects your compensation and position. This commitment will be secured appropriately.
