Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive intern to join our Finance and Data Management team. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for over 200 clients, ensuring smooth communication with them, and facilitating their connections with our legal team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of finance and legal documents, and proficiency in data handling and analysis using Excel. Your day-to-day activities will comprise of: Handling and updating data for 200+ clients regularly. Following up with clients to ensure they respond promptly to requests. Connecting clients with our legal team via scheduled calls. Maintaining organized records of client interactions and communications. Assisting in data analysis tasks using Excel to generate insights and reports. Writing professional emails and scheduling onboarding meets with clients and stakeholders. Supporting the finance team in basic financial tasks as needed. Skills Needed: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in email writing and professional correspondence. Basic understanding of finance and legal documents. Experience in data handling and analysis, particularly using Excel. Ability to work independently with a high level of attention to detail.
