Field Sales Executive - HORECA Segment at TWF Flours

Company Location: Sector 155, Noida. Role: B2B Sales & Account Management Executive. Responsibilities of the Candidates: Identify and acquire new café and restaurant clients by pitching the company's products to business owners and purchase managers. Negotiate bulk pricing, credit terms, and close deals to onboard new accounts. Manage customer accounts by tracking weekly inventory requirements and ensuring timely replenishment of stock. Coordinate payment collections and ensure all outstanding invoices are cleared on time. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to help maintain the company's competitive position. Share daily updates on sales visits, customer interactions, and target achievements through the company's mobile application. Requirements: Prior experience in B2B sales or account management is preferred. Experience in the HORECA industry will be an added advantage. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients. A proactive, self-driven attitude with a willingness to work in the field and meet new customers regularly. Good negotiation and customer management skills. Ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
