Bachelor's degree in any discipline - we value talent over titles. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in agriculture, FMCG, or startup ecosystems. Rockstar in customer service and sales with strong negotiation chops. Highly proficient in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi is a huge plus. Solid tech skills - MS Office, CRM tools, sales software. Sharp problem-solver with excellent communication and presentation skills.
