Field Sales Executive at Paytm

About the Company Paytm is hiring a Field Sales Executive to strengthen its customer acquisition and market expansion efforts in Chandigarh. The role offers an opportunity for freshers to begin a career in sales while building practical experience in customer engagement, relationship management, and business development within a fast-paced digital services environment. Responsibilities Visit prospective customers, merchants, and business locations to explain relevant Paytm products and services. Generate leads through field visits, local networking, referrals, and other approved channels. Understand customer needs, provide accurate product information, and support the onboarding process. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely completion of documentation and activation activities. Achieve assigned daily and monthly acquisition targets while maintaining high standards of customer service. Update sales activity, lead status, and customer information accurately in the designated systems. Share market feedback with the team and contribute to local sales planning and territory development. Requirements Open to freshers with a strong interest in field sales, business development, and customer-facing work. Good communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills. Comfortable travelling locally and meeting customers in person on a regular basis. Ability to work independently, manage daily schedules, and follow through on leads. Basic smartphone and digital application skills, along with the ability to maintain simple reports. A target-oriented, energetic, and professional approach to customer interactions. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Chandigarh, with a fixed salary of ₹20,000 per month.
