About the Company V5 Global Services Private Limited is hiring Field Sales Executives for opportunities in the fintech, digital payments, and banking sector across key locations in West Bengal. The role offers candidates an opportunity to build practical experience in customer acquisition, merchant onboarding, financial services, and business development while working with MNC clients and banking-focused products. Responsibilities Open and manage salary accounts for employees of MNC clients. Acquire merchants and support them through onboarding and KYC completion. Promote and sell relevant financial products and digital payment solutions. Develop relationships with customers, merchants, and client representatives in the assigned territory. Maintain accurate documentation, follow compliance procedures, and meet assigned acquisition and sales targets. Report daily field activity, customer progress, and completed onboarding to the reporting manager. Requirements Applicants who have completed 10th or 12th standard are eligible. Freshers and candidates with prior field sales or financial services experience may apply. Good communication, customer handling, and persuasion skills are desirable. Applicants should be comfortable with field work, merchant visits, account opening, and KYC-related activities. Immediate joiners are preferred. The position follows a full-time schedule from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with Sunday off. The monthly CTC range for this opportunity is ₹20,000 to ₹25,000, with additional performance-based incentives that may range from ₹10,000 to ₹25,000 or more per month.
