About the Company Buildenza is an early-stage Quick-commerce platform for building a faster, more convenient supply experience for construction sites. Its new service is designed to deliver essential materials within 60 minutes, helping contractors and site teams keep projects moving without unnecessary procurement delays. Responsibilities Visit live construction sites each morning across Kondapur, Gachibowli, Madhapur, and nearby areas. Meet contractors, supervisors, and other construction decision-makers to understand their material requirements. Identify prospects, introduce Buildenza's rapid delivery service, and open new customer accounts. Build strong relationships with trade customers and encourage repeat ordering. Track site visits, leads, orders, and customer follow-ups in a disciplined manner. Work directly with the founder as the company's first salesperson and help shape the field sales process. Earn an additional incentive for every customer who places a second order, with no upper limit on this incentive. Requirements 1-5 years of experience in trade sales or B2B field sales, preferably in paints, pipes, wires, cement, hardware, FMCG, or related categories. Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence. Comfortable travelling extensively between construction sites and working in a field-based role. Fluent communication skills in Hindi and Telugu. Strong prospecting, relationship-building, follow-up, and negotiation abilities. Immediate joiners are preferred. This is a full-time opportunity for a hands-on sales professional who enjoys meeting customers on the ground and wants meaningful ownership in an early-stage building materials business. The monthly salary range is ₹20,000-22,000, along with uncapped repeat-order incentives and fuel support.
