Job Overview Ozrit Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and energetic Field Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. The role involves meeting potential customers, generating leads, promoting company products/services, building customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets across Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential customers through field visits and direct interactions. Generate new leads and explore business opportunities. Present and explain company products/services to prospective customers. Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers. Achieve assigned monthly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Conduct regular field visits across Hyderabad. Maintain accurate updates on leads, customer interactions, and sales activities. Coordinate with the internal team for customer follow-ups and onboarding. Take ownership of assigned sales activities and contribute to overall team growth. Requirements Must own a Bike or Scooty. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel within Hyderabad. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Comfortable working in a field sales environment. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Hyderabad-based candidates will be preferred. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply. Salary & Incentive Details Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month. Performance-Based Incentives: Attractive incentives based on sales performance and target achievement. Petrol Allowance: Provided separately as per company policy. Total earning potential includes fixed salary + performance incentives + petrol allowance.
