Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to drive the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will possess strong multilingual communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in sales management. In addition to a base salary the sales exec will enjoy a significant variable component that will reward him/her for successful sales. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive field sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and profitability in their territory. Sales Reporting: Prepare daily field reports on sales visits, market opportunities and related progress. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's client base and market presence. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution. Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Lead negotiations and close high-value deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals. Preferred Skills: Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in institutional sales, preferably within the Government / Police Technologies security space. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving sales grow
