Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of field sales executives to achieve sales targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base in the Delhi NCR region. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Present and demonstrate Kavach Qr products and services to potential clients. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies. Provide training and mentorship to new sales team members. Requirements Proven experience in field sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. In-depth knowledge of the Delhi NCR market. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Ability to interpret and analyze sales data. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
