Field Sales Executive at Indiana International Corporation Flooring Private Limited

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to promote and sell flooring products such as Vinyl, WPC deck flooring, Wooden flooring, Sports flooring, or Bamboo flooring and other products like Thermolock wall plasters, Handrails, Self levelling compounds. The role involves generating leads, meeting clients, closing sales, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and project sales Meet architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and walk-in customers Present flooring solutions based on customer requirements and budgets Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals Coordinate with installation and operations teams for smooth execution Maintain customer database and follow up on payments Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct site visits and measurements when required Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred) Proven experience in flooring / tiles / building materials sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build relationships with architects and contractors Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings Preferred: Experience in project sales Knowledge of flooring installation processes Valid two-wheeler license Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM, email) Salary & Benefits: Fixed salary + attractive sales incentives Travel allowance
