UPRIO is hiring for Field Sales Executive! About the Company: UPRIO is an ambitious, growth-focused education platform helping students access free learning programs and discover relevant paid learning opportunities. The team works closely with schools, students, and parents to build meaningful education journeys and expand the reach of its platform. This role offers exposure to field sales, customer engagement, subscription conversion, and high-volume outreach in a scaling startup environment. Responsibilities: Activate schools and introduce UPRIO's platform and learning programs to relevant stakeholders. Engage with school representatives, parents, and students through field visits and on-ground activities. Enroll students into free trial batches and guide them through the initial platform experience. Convert free users into paid subscribers by understanding their needs and communicating the value of UPRIO's offerings. Manage follow-ups, renewals, retention activities, and the broader customer lifecycle. Build trusted, long-term relationships with schools, families, and student communities. Travel regularly for school activations, meetings, student engagement, and sales initiatives across the assigned locations. Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain long-term client relationships. Comfort with field-based work and frequent travel. A proactive, target-oriented approach to sales, outreach, and customer engagement. During the first two months of probation, the compensation is ₹25,000 per month plus travel allowance.
