Good knowledge of the local market and geographical areas. Strong observation and networking skills. Comfortable with extensive field travel. Good communication and reporting skills Responsibilities: At least 1 year of experience in field sales, territory sales, business development, building materials, real estate, or a related customer-facing role. Good communication, negotiation, relationship-management, and follow-up skills. Ability to travel regularly across Noida, Delhi, and Gurgaon for customer and partner meetings. Comfort with working independently, meeting targets, and managing multiple field activities. Basic knowledge of sales reporting and mobile or digital business tools. The role offers a fixed monthly in-hand salary of ₹20,000, along with incentives and a petrol allowance.
