About the Company Dorleto Technologies Pvt Ltd is building practical technology solutions for the rental-property ecosystem. Its landlord-agent platform helps property owners connect with the right support while making property onboarding and listing more organized. The company is seeking a Field Sales Executive who can represent Dorleto confidently in the market and expand its network of onboarded rental properties. Responsibilities Identify and approach landlords with TO-LET and rental properties across assigned locations in and around Jaipur. Explain Dorleto's services, benefits, and value proposition clearly to property owners. Persuade interested landlords to list their properties and assist them with registration on the Dorleto Landlord-Agent App. Conduct regular field visits, maintain accurate onboarding records, follow up with prospects, and track progress against acquisition targets. Build professional relationships with landlords and encourage continued engagement with the platform. Requirements Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Prior experience in sales, business development, field marketing, property acquisition, or a related customer-facing role is preferred. BBA or MBA graduates are preferred; candidates from other educational backgrounds with relevant experience may also apply. Comfort with fieldwork and visiting different locations is essential. Strong communication, convincing, negotiation, relationship-building, and target-oriented sales skills are expected. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Jaipur, with a monthly salary of ₹20,000 to ₹30,000. The successful candidate will be energetic, organized, self-motivated, and committed to helping landlords experience a smooth property-listing journey with Dorleto.
