The company is focused on expanding its retail presence and building strong relationships with retailers and dealers. About the Role: As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding the company's retail network through market visits, retailer and dealer onboarding, product promotion, relationship management, order generation, and achieving assigned sales targets. Responsibilities: Identify and approach new retail stores and dealers in assigned territories. Onboard new retailers and build long-term business relationships. Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities. Promote and demonstrate JAZZ Beats products, including earbuds and neckbands. Ensure product availability, visibility, and display at retail outlets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers and dealers. Understand retailer requirements and provide appropriate support. Coordinate with retailers to resolve product, order, and operational queries. Generate orders and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences. Expand the company's retail network within the assigned territory. Submit regular reports on market visits, sales performance, and business development activities. Requirements: Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in field sales, FMCG, consumer electronics, telecom, retail sales, or business development is an added advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in interacting with retailers, dealers, and customers. Proactive, energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
