About this role
Responsibilities Visit the market to identify potential customers and business opportunities. Generate new sales leads through field visits, references, and market research. Meet prospective clients to present and explain the company's products or services. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable business solutions. Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing customers. Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients to convert leads into business. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and submit daily field-visit and sales activity reports. Coordinate with internal operations and management teams to address customer requirements. Collect market intelligence and competitor-related information. Support payment follow-ups and customer relationship management as needed. Requirements Previous experience in field sales, business development, or customer acquisition is essential. Experience in warehouse products, industrial products, logistics, material-handling products, or related sectors is preferred. Good knowledge of the Hyderabad and Secunderabad market. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Comfortable with extensive field visits and target-based work. Ability to independently generate leads and close business opportunities. A two-wheeler and valid driving license are preferred. Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email, and sales-reporting tools.
