About this role
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and market development. The role involves regular interaction with external clients and prospects while coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities External Responsibilities - Client & Market Handling Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, networking, references, and market research. Meet prospective clients and understand their business requirements. Present and explain the company's products/services to potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct regular client visits and follow up on leads and opportunities. Negotiate with clients and support the sales process through to closure. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a positive client experience. Internal Responsibilities - Team & Process Coordination Coordinate with the internal sales, operations, HR, and management teams for smooth execution of client requirements. Share client requirements and updates with the relevant internal teams. Maintain accurate records of leads, client meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM/Excel. Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager. Coordinate internally to resolve client queries and ensure timely closure. Track the status of ongoing leads and deals. Participate in internal sales meetings, reviews, and strategy discussions. Ensure proper documentation and communication throughout the sales cycle.
