Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Ensure the attainment of sales targets and objectives. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Gather feedback from customers or clients and share it with internal teams. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in field sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and sales abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales. Familiarity with CRM practices and the ability to build productive business professional relationships. Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
