SM Laser Technology is hiring for Field Sales Executive! www.smlasermachines.com Responsibilities of the Candidate: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory. Identify and prospect new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of potential clients. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, effectively communicating the value proposition of SM Laser Technologies. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies. Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to management. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote SM Laser Technologies brand and generate leads. Requirements: Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably related to the Laser machines indutries. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain strong business relationships. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
